Client Challenge: re-adapt a vacant historical building that used to be a seed warehouse and store built in 1898.
Client Ask: Create a vibrant mixed-use residential and commercial space.?
Solution: DHR Tax Credit Project undertaken by founder’s Rick and Rich. The building now contains 20 residential units and three or four commercial spaces for offices, retail, and restaurant potential. The apartments are in easy walking distance to area restaurants, a local farmer’s market, train station, River Walk, and the Danville Science Center.
